Refund policy
If you've changed your mind
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
How do I make a return?
To request a return, email straccia.uk@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request". In the email, include:
– your name
– order number
– the item(s) you wish to return
– reason for return
– 2 clear photos of the item(s)
We’ll respond to your request within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval. Returns sent without pre-approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using your local post office with tracking, and keeping proof of postage, as we do not assume responsibility for returns that are lost, stolen or mishandled. Items that don’t meet our return criteria may be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
If there’s an issue with your order
If you believe your item arrived faulty, please contact our customer service team at straccia.uk@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, so that we can rectify the issue as swiftly as possible.
Please include:

– order number
– item(s) in question
– description of the issue
– clear photos showing the fault
