Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. You can also pay via Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I use discount codes on my order?

Yes. If you've received a discount code from us, simply enter it at checkout before completing payment.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change any details of your order once it has been shipped. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update it.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your details saved for next time.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over £50. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are:

How long before my order is shipped?

We dispatch all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed.

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order from within your account or by navigating to our tracking page.

Will I be charged customs on international orders?

Some international orders may be liable for customs fees or local import taxes. These are the recipient's sole responsibility. We have no control over these charges; they vary by country and are non-refundable.

Please speak to your local customs office if you have any further queries regarding customs payments.

My parcel is delayed, can I have a refund?

We cannot take responsibility for courier delays once an order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, shipping delays are out of our control. They do not make your order eligible for a refund. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want all of our customers to be happy with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Once you tell us you’d like to return something, you then have another 14 days to send it back.

- All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

- Please send with tracked shipping and keep a note of your tracking number so we can follow the progress of your return.

When do you restock?

We regularly restock our collections and frequently introduce new styles we think you’ll love. However, if something you’re eyeing is out of stock, just hit the Notify me button, and we’ll email you as soon as it’s back!

Do you offer any student discounts?

No, we do not offer any student discounts at this time.
